By using Story Time, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. Please keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Subscriptions

• Free accounts include limited features
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies

Fair Usage Policy

"Unlimited" subscription plans are subject to fair usage limits designed for normal personal and family use:

• Up to 50 stories per day
• Up to 500 stories per month
• Accounts exceeding these limits may be temporarily restricted
• We reserve the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice

These limits are generous and designed to prevent abuse while ensuring service availability for all users. Normal family usage will never approach these limits.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to generate inappropriate or harmful content
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures

Content

Stories are generated using artificial intelligence. You may use generated stories for personal, non-commercial purposes only. While we implement content safety measures, we recommend parents review stories before sharing with children.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
